This is a comprehensive and engaging course designed to strengthen core skills in Maths and English, while also introducing age-appropriate VR/NVR through structured puzzles and problem-solving activities. Lessons are carefully planned to build confidence, deepen understanding, and encourage students to apply their learning in a variety of unfamiliar contexts.
Key focus areas:
- Developing Maths fluency and reasoning skills
- Strengthening reading, comprehension, grammar, and writing in English
- Introducing Verbal Reasoning (VR) through vocabulary, language, and logic activities
- Developing Non-Verbal Reasoning (NVR) through puzzles, patterns, and spatial reasoning
- Building confidence, resilience, and independent thinking
- Applying skills to engaging, challenge-based activities in a supportive environment
Dates: 25- 28 August, (4 days) Tuesday to Friday
