As a Senior Product Designer at Recruit, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our user experience across all
digital platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create seamless
and intuitive designs that deliver value to our users. We're looking for someone who is passionate about problem-
solving, has a deep understanding of user-centered design, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibility
You’ll work closely with motivated young learners, building strong foundations in maths, developing confidence, and inspiring a love
for problem-solving. Lessons are conducted in person at our Fulham centre, primarily on weekends.
What we’re looking for:
- Candidates must be able to commit to two school terms and weekends, when the majority of lessons take place.
- You will work closely with motivated students, building strong foundations in maths, improving confidence, and helping them excel beyond the curriculum where appropriate.
- Must be a leader in the classroom and confident in engaging learners of different ages and abilities.
- Build confidence in preparation for school entrance exams.
Key Requirements
Required:
- Strong subject knowledge in Primary Maths.
- Degree in Education, Maths, or a related subject.
- Proven experience tutoring or teaching KS1–KS2 students.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.
- A confident, professional, and enthusiastic teaching style.
- Availability for in-person tutoring in Fulham, London.
- Minimum 2 years of tutoring/teaching experience.
- English fluency.
- Work authorisation in the UK.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with 7+, 8+ and 11+ exam formats.
- Experience using teaching resources (PowerPoint, PDF, Excel).What We Offer.

Schedule:
