Our Year 3 CAT4 Prep Course introduces pupils to the key thinking skills that underpin CAT4 assessments and future 11+ entrance exams. Through a structured and engaging 5-day programme, children will develop the logical reasoning, problem-solving and pattern recognition skills that are essential for success in higher-level assessments.

Starting early allows children to build these skills gradually, before they encounter formal reasoning tests in school. By developing strong foundations at the end of Year 3, students can approach CAT4 assessments and future 11+ preparation with greater confidence and familiarity.

This 5-day online intensive will:

• Introduce children to a wide range of verbal, non-verbal, quantitative and spatial reasoning concepts
• Develop logical thinking, pattern recognition and problem-solving skills through carefully structured activities
• Build confidence in tackling unfamiliar question types and reasoning challenges
• Strengthen the core cognitive skills that support success across mathematics, English and entrance examinations
• Give pupils an early advantage before formal CAT4 and 11+ preparation begins
